1.)    When will I receive my first Issue?
After you have placed your order, you should get an email from us confirming the details of your order, in the next few minutes. We aggregate all order details and share with the respective publications regularly. Once received, the publishing company will then processes your order, take payment for your subscription, and fulfill the dispatch of each issue.

Your order is processed by within 24 hrs of receipt of the order and the money. However the process at the publishers end normally takes 4-6 weeks. Digital orders are fulfilled within 1-2 days. 

2.)    It has been over 2 months and I have not got my first issue yet. What should I do?
Generally your subscription should start within 4-6 weeks. If you have not received your first magazine after 8 weeks, please write to us on – please mention your order number, full name and delivery address to help us contact the publisher and get a solution quickly.

3.)    I received the first issue of the magazine but the assured gift didn’t come along with it? What should I do?
Gifts and special offers normally take 3-4 weeks after the subscription starts. Free gifts are sent separately and will not arrive with the first issue of your subscription.

4.)    Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes you can. Please write to us on – please mention your order number, full name and delivery address to help us to get your order cancelled. It takes normally 3-4 days. 

5.)    Can I get a refund?
Yes you can. Magazine subscriptions are provided on discounted price,  and we refund the entire amount if order is cancelled within 7 days of the order date. Please write to us on – please mention your order number, full name and delivery address to help us to get you the amount refund. It takes normally 3-4 days. There is no refund provided if order is cancelled after 7 days of the order placed date. 

Gifts/Gift cards and international magazines orders are non-refundable.

6.)    I entered my payment details and place an order – and all I got was a blank screen! I got charged but don’t have the order details. What now?
We’re really sorry for the inconvenience. You will receive an email from us on the same day as you placed the order and your subscription order will be processed. We suggest you do not try booking again as you may end up getting charged twice.

7.)    What happens to my money if the transaction is failed or cancelled for any reason after payment?
In case your transaction is not successful or you have cancelled the order after payment, we will automatically return the cash to your account. In case you have not received the money back within 7 days, please email us your full details on and we will check and revert back with details.

8.)    How do I know if my subscription order has been placed?
You receive an email from confirming your order details on the same day as you have placed the order. We recommend subscribers to create an account with us so you can check status of subscription online with expiry and renew details.  

9.)    Can I renew my subscription through
As an additional benefit, Magsstore enroll you to our 'Continuous Huge Discount Saver' service, which automatically renew your subscription at the same price so you never miss an issue or worry about paying a higher price. We notify you before your subscription renews, and you can cancel at any time.

If you don't want to take advantage of this benefit, you can choose opt out option by checking the box on checkout page.

We send the invoice to those who have not taken 'Continuous Huge Discount Saver' service through email before expiry of existing subscription for renewal, and if you don't wish to renew this, you can cancel that invoice by writing to us. 

Customer can renew the subscription directly from magazines' product pages as well.

Magazine subscriptions are renewed on discounted price, and we refund the entire amount if renewal order is cancelled within 7 days of the renew date. There is no refund provided if order is cancelled after 7 days of the renewal date.

10.)  Is it possible to subscribe for another person through my account?
Yes, just enter the details of the person you want to subscribe with shipping details at the time of placing the order.

11.)   Can I gift a magazine subscription to someone?
Absolutely! All you have to do is specify the address of the person in the shipping details during the checkout process. We will send a gift card on your behalf to this person letting him/her know of the magazine subscription. Alternatively, you could also buy a voucher on the site and we will ship it to the person on your behalf. They could then choose the magazine title they wish to subscribe.

12.)   Can I place a bulk order on
Yes, you can place a bulk order on the site. However, we suggest you contact us with your request and we will work out a solution that works as per your requirements and will be a better offer for you.

13.)  How do I change my address?
To change your address, please write to us on – please mention your order number, full name and new delivery address to get it updated quickly.

14.)  What are the payment methods/ options?

You can request for a cancellation. Please send us the details to our email address with name, product ordered for amount, Transaction ID within 7 days of your order and we will refund the money within 7-14 working days.

17.)   Is there any cash on delivery option? How does that work?
Currently we don’t offer cash on Delivery option. 

18.)   Can I do a check deposit or send a check to you?
Currently we don’t accept payment by Checks. 

19.)   What should I do if my bank does not have an online payment facility?
On our website, you will find the list of Banks that support online payment for our site. If your bank is mentioned, then you will be able to get the facility, else please speak to your bank representative. You can still make payments using your credit card or Visa Debit card on the site.

20.)   What should I do if my bank is not authorized for e-payment?
You can make payments using your credit card or Visa Debit card on the site.

21.)   What is the timing for making payment through internet?
Payments can be made 24X7 using the payment gateway. 

22.)   If I encounter any problem while making e-payment through internet, whom should I contact?

23.)   Do I have to pay for credit card or net banking transaction?

There are no extra charges for credit card or net Banking charges unless they are levied by your bank.

24.)    Do you accept pre-paid cards, if yes, which ones, and are there any charges?
